For brokers and owners

Publishing a listing costs nothing. No listing fees, no per-seat plans, no commission. You own the listing end to end, and every inquiry comes straight back to you. Create your first listing — it takes minutes.

For buyers and tenants

Searching listings, saving searches, and connecting with the brokers behind them is free. Create an account to bookmark spaces and get alerts when new listings match.

For AI agents

Agents are welcome here, on the same free terms as everyone else. Connect over Model Context Protocol at /mcp and your agent can transact end to end — search the marketplace, save searches, and create, update, and publish listings on behalf of the broker or owner it works for. No API key to request, no contract to sign: clients self-register and authorize with OAuth 2.0 + PKCE. Agents that read before they connect can start at llms.txt.
